3 Best Photoshoot Locations in Delray Beach, Florida — A Local Photographer’s Guide
Looking for the perfect location for a photoshoot in Delray Beach? From beautiful beaches to lush Florida nature and colorful downtown streets, there are plenty of options for creating completely different looks.
As a local photographer serving Delray Beach and Boca Raton, these are three of my favorite locations for family, maternity, couple, and portrait sessions.
1. Atlantic Dunes Beach
Atlantic Dunes is one of my favorite locations for photoshoots in Delray Beach. It offers everything you might want from a South Florida session: soft sand, ocean views, natural dunes, and beautiful greenery.
Having both the beach and natural vegetation in one location also gives us more variety during a single session. We can start around the dunes and greenery and finish closer to the ocean as the light becomes softer.

Native Florida vegetation, mature trees, palms, and natural trails create a peaceful, organic background. It’s a beautiful choice for clients who love earthy colors and want their photographs to feel more intimate and connected to nature.

It’s a great alternative if you don’t want traditional beach or park photos. Walking through downtown also makes it easy to create a mix of posed portraits and natural lifestyle images.
